First, thank you for visiting. This is our first blog post on our very new website. I wanted to introduce you to ConnectStrat and give you a bit of background on how we came about.
I spent over 20 years owning, running and growing an MSP. In that time I used several systems to manage the business. I read numerous books, had the good fortune to join Entrepreneurs Organization and meet Verne Harnish, and ran my MSP on his Scaling Up system for a few years. When I sold the business and dug into SaaS companies that were smaller I found that EOS® was a better fit, and all the books I was most fond of crashed together in way that made perfect sense to me. I realized quickly this was something I was very passionate about, and I began helping other companies implement EOS.
I have discovered over the past couple of years that the IT Services / MSP industry is in high need of systems to help them become more mature. EOS has been in very high demand, and as I traveled and spoke on the subject I saw that a central source of Implementers who has familiarity with the industry was non-existent. ConnectStrat was born.
We begin our journey focused on two things.
1) The IT Services / MSP Industry
2) EOS Implementations
This may grow and mature as we listen to the needs of our clients. We have an incredible combined set of skills, education and experience and we are excited to find paths to bring to more businesses in our industry.
