Coaching vs. Mentoring

So what's the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Coaching
Focuses on both organizational and individual goals and addresses workplace performance
Uses questions and feedback to facilitate the coachee’s thinking and practical learning
Personal issues may be discussed but the emphasis is the impact of them on their work performance
Impartial, focused on improvement in behavior
Mentoring
A process to support and help develop knowledge, skills, thinking, and behaviors
Focuses on the person, their career, and support for individual growth and maturity
Passing on personal experience
Provides guidance, advice, recommendations, experience, knowledge, and wisdom. The mentee can choose what they do
A relationship for encouragement, advice, and befriending. Biased in favor of the mentee
